Its a morning 5 Am..Its a new day... A new chapter of life.. What will you choose...??
Exercising...Running...Making tea/coffee for you.. doing house chores..or most fascinating things in world scrolling your phone or sleeping...
Ohh but its raining outside heavily, infact its raining since yesterday.. so what option you have left to do. As you can't go to outside so lets skip the running, Exercise -- no-no its so raining and awesome morning exercising can be done tomorrow lets enjoy the morning by sleeping or scrolling the phone, lets watch some movie... doing house chores-- no no its so pleasing weather house chores can be done later -- lets enjoy the day...
these are my mind though which wants to provide me comfort.. and make me feel happy & relaxed..but does it really comforting me, am a really happy and relaxed..
No-no- every-time I choose to be relax with such excuses, in my subconsious mind lots of processing is happening. All are being recorded and the pending tasks are also recorded in our subconscious brain and it is being accumulated.. and what happen eventually..? it drains our energy and make us anxious over a period of time .. and at that time we think reason if anxiousness is because of some present day incident.. but its not.
Whenever you choose relaxation in the morning, you delay your all day routine, and your all task get postponing or there are highly chances that you will compromise with important tasks over most priority tasks, and ultimately many important task will remain uncompleted.. becouse we all have limited hours in a day.. But again our mind make us relax and comfortable by saying-- are kya huaa yaar its just a awesome day, I felt relaxed, kaam to hota hi rahega.. and again next day it keeps repeating you enjoy relaxing and keep postponing your daily tasks even important tasks... and slowly slowly we become the slave of our mind who want us to relax.
So conclusion is we need to be aware of our thoughts every single moment because mind has its own thinking it want to give us comfort and relaxation..which is good for 1-2 days, but if it is repeating every day then you must have to keep an eye on your mind thinking..otherwise it will make you lazy and procrastinated person some day and golden time will passed on in which you could have been done great things, you can have achieved great hight in your career, you could have your own business, you could have better friend circle, or you can have great physique..
So think, and tame your mind's thought.
